Return Policy

Warranty Claims: 

  • All our repairs come with 6 months of hardware warranty. You are entitled for a repair during this period.
  • The Customer must ship the item back to us for any warranty claims.
  • Please back-up your data before sending the device to us. The device should be without any Passcode locks or iCloud lock or any other lock restricting the use of the phone by any third party.
  • We will make every effort to save the data if customer is unable to back up or save their data before shipping the device to us. In some cases, customer could lose their data if customer doesn’t have a backup. We take no responsibility for lost data during repair/warranty claim.
  • Warranty doesn’t cover physical or water damage. We will cover for return shipping if the phone is repaired in warranty but in case the warranty is void because of Physical/Water damage, the customer must pay for return shipping or customer has to make their own arrangements to have it shipped back.
  • The product remains the responsibility of the buyer while in return transit. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
  • We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without notice.
